Philips Student worker HR (m/f/d) in Stockholm, Sweden

In this role you have the opportunity to

support crucial projects in employee engagement, assist in HR tasks, and handle data analytics and GDPR follow-up. You'll thrive in our dynamic environment, connecting with people at all levels and making a tangible impact on our organization's success.

Your tasks

  • Assisting with HR processes, e.g. maintaining hand-books and other type of documentations such as policies

  • Working on country specific as well as cross-regional projects, such as Equality reporting and Health & Wellbeing initiatives.

  • Statistics and data analytics reporting

  • Reporting towards Swedish authorities

  • Assisting in GDPR follow-up activities

  • Work on many ad hoc tasks based on your interests and the organization’s needs

You’re the right fit if you

  • are a ‘second-year-in’ student within e.g. HR or business administration, preferably with first insights into employment law.

  • speak and write fluent Swedish and English.

  • are proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other office tools.

  • are pro-active, detail-oriented, independent, and ambitious.

  • are comfortable with taking own initiatives and taking ownership of the task and project you take on.

  • thrive in a dynamic environment working with projects, data, and documentation.

  • are available for at least 12 months and can do most of your work on site in Stockholm – Solna.
