We are looking for a result driven, team-oriented, and dynamic colleague to fill the position as a territory manager within our Coronary Renal denervation (CRDN) team in Sweden. Living in the capital region in Sweden (Stockholm) you will join our Nordic team of ten colleagues within sales and marketing. Your committed responsibility, covering half of Sweden, is to sell and promote our vascular portfolio within coronary including renal denervation. Throughout your workday you will support the interventional cardiology staff, doctors and nurses with product training, data dissemination and inventory management of our broad product portfolio to ensure high quality and consistency of our products and services. A Day in the Life

You will be responsible for:

• Driving CRDN market growth and market share within the territory, by developing strong account sales strategies as well as planning and execution of them.

• Identifying and building strong and lasting business relationships with key decision makers (interventional cardiologist, purchasers, nurses) and those influential in the purchasing process.

• Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review.

• Inventory and product management, ensuring high quality of product and inventory services.

• Being clinically adept at supporting the product portfolio taking and completing all necessary trainings.

• Tender management, preparing tender specifications and ensuring pricing and product positioning are aligned with requirements and strategies in close collaboration with your sales manager and our pricing and tender team.

• Developing, driving, and participating in activities that enhance and strengthen the network; (e.g. establishing cooperation with interventional cardiology/ hypertension specialist departments).

Must Haves

• Healthcare related medical or scientific degree or its equivalent

• 3+ years of proven sales experience

• Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• A problem solving mindset, with the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment

• Customer oriented with a high drive of building long term relationships

• Capacity to travel up to 75% of a work week

• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Clean driver’s license

Nice to Haves

• Experience in tender management optimization

• Experience in the MedTech or pharma industry

• Experience within interventional cardiology

• Clear understanding of the Swedish health care system
