We are seeking a Credentialing Administrator to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, its systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.
Responsibilities
Credential Creation and Management:
Accurately and efficiently create, issue, and activate access control badges/credentials within the Lenel OnGuard system.
Manage the complete lifecycle of credentials, including modifications, renewals, and deactivations.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all cardholder data within the system.
Access Level Administration:
Configure and maintain access levels, time zones, and schedules within the Lenel system.
Process and implement requests for access level changes, ensuring adherence to established security protocols.
Conduct regular audits of access level assignments to verify accuracy and compliance.
Work with security and department managers to define and implement appropriate access control policies.
Cardholder Database Management:
Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date cardholder database within the Lenel OnGuard system.
Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
Generate reports related to cardholder activity and access permissions.
Badge Production:
Operate badge printing equipment and software to produce high-quality access control badges.
Ensure proper handling and storage of badge stock and related materials.
User Support:
Provide support to end-users regarding badge issuance, access level inquiries, and related access control issues.
Assist users with troubleshooting basic access control problems.
Qualifications
Clearance: No Clearance Required.
Key Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED with 3+ years of business experience with proven experience in a technical field
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or related field is preferred.
Experience in professional writing, editing, and document production required.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under stress, despite numerous interruptions.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
Must be an effective leader with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing.
Must have strong multitasking skills.
Must have strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and interaction with customer portals and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Experience authoring responses to statements of work, staffing plans, past performance sections, management plans, and executive summaries.
Beneficial Skills:
Microsoft SharePoint, Visio, and Project. Adobe software, including Acrobat Professional, Creative Suite Federal and DoD contract experience.
Some U.S. Government acquisitions experience.
Experience working with Government contract vehicles to include ID/IQs and Multiple Award Contracts (MAC).
Knowledge of proposal preparation, contract or pricing functions, contract administration principles, industry practices, regulations and policies.
Desired Experience:
1+ years of Security System Badging Experience or a related field
1+ years of experience managing a ticketing system queue
1+ years of Access Control Badging System experience

Pay Range
USD $28.35 - USD $35.43 /Hr.
