Volt Customer Service Rep in Superior, Michigan

* At Volt, our greatest strength is our people Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service/Inventory Clerk for a leading organization in Mount Vernon, WA Full Time * Come create your career with Volt! This position is On-site We have job openings: 2nd Shift- 11am-7pm Pay for this position is $19/hr As a Customer Service Rep you will: * Bill shipments with applicable tariffs and pricing * Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner * Monitor progress of delivery routes and communicate this with the customers * Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry and billing * Monitor Inventory and work with Warehouse team to track over/shorts and dispose of damaged product Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: * High School or GED * Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills * Experience with Microsoft Office * Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues * Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills * Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations * Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements * Positive Attitude Experience with the following is a plus: * Inventory Control * Previously worked in Transportation Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
