Hyundai America Technical Center Inc Program Management Manager in Superior Township, Michigan

Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc (HATCI) is looking for an experienced and results-driven Program Management Manager for our Superior Township, MI facility. As a Program Management Manager, you will lead a portion of our Program Management team at Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. In response to the success of our Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis brands, the team is rapidly growing to lead the expansion of localized vehicle development activities. As a Program Management Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex vehicle programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of prior experience at an automotive OEM 2+ years of leadership experience, including management of direct reports Proven experience in project management, including successfully leading and delivering complex programs and projects Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and process improvement In-depth knowledge of program
