What You Will Do: Champion the Enbridge Vision, Values, and Path to Zero Principles with internal stakeholders and external Contractors/subcontractors/suppliers and vendors. Advance safety culture by promoting the understanding and application of Enbridge Human and Risk Tolerance Factors, Precursors, and Energy based hazard recognition with internal stakeholders and external Contractors /subcontractors /suppliers and vendors. Manage performance and lead, develop, coach, mentor and motivate Regional Safety Advisors. Provide safety leadership coaching to Regional Leadership in LP US Operations. Establish and maintain effective relationships with field personnel through active involvement in field activities. Facilitate safety culture development, measurement, and support activities. Provide technical support as required to guide consistent and effective implementation of the OH&S Management System. Interface with Compliance, Internal Audit, Regulators, and other 3rd parties completing safety audits, reviews, inspections and/or investigations and oversee development and timely completion of associated corrective action plans. Assist with development and manage implementation of management system assurance and provide oversight of associated corrective action plans. Lead and support the implementation of event management processes to ensure their effectiveness inclusive of the incident notification processes; event analysis, injury management, corrective action implementing effectiveness, and lessons learned bulletin communications.
