LAKE ASSAULT BOATS, LLC Warehouse Clerk - Temporary Assignment in SUPERIOR, Wisconsin

This is a temporary role scheduled for 6-9 months. Job Summary The Warehouse Clerk supports the warehouse duties of directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations for our new construction division. The Warehouse Clerk supports production by distributing all goods and items received, as well as organizing, kitting and preparation of warehouse goods. Responsibilities Assists shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise. Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards. Assist with cycle counting program including inventory counting and reporting. Update stock reports, consumable order reporting. Enter system transactions into ERP program including Material Order allocations. Supports kitting for production processes. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; General janitorial duties, sweep, dust and mop. Organizes warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times. Required Skills & Abilities Good communication, organizational, time management. Ability to conduct High School Level mathematical skills. Dependable and Reliable. Must be able to report correct data. Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills required. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-2 years previous warehouse experience, preferably manufacturing industry, preferred. Proficient in MS Excel. Must be able to obtain a Class D driver\'s license. Must be able to operate a forklift. Physical requirements Able to work in a manufacturing environment which includes moderate noise exposure, occasionally climbing up steep stairs/steps, walking and standing for long periods of time, including over even and uneven terrain, reaching forward, overhead, and to the sides, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, crawling, repetitive motions, bending, climbing etc. Must have listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Must be able to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms. Must be able to work in areas at times that are not environmentally controlled. Able to move, lift, pull, push up to 50 lbs. frequently. Must be able to sit and work on a computer, answer phone calls, emails, etc. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
