Responsibilities: Customer Service: Interact with our valued customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with inquiries, sales, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Order Processing: Enter customer orders and monitor inventory levels/reporting. Keep customers apprised of shipment notification and coordination/consolidation of shipments. Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork and maintain records with precision. Use of Technology: Utilize various software systems to track orders, inventory, and complete continuous training to maximize and enhance your skill set. Requirements: Previous customer service experience required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
