The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, establishing product pricing, and working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. By developing positive, supportive, and collaborative relationships throughout the organization, the Product Manager drives substantial top-line results and acts as an influential, motivational, and 'can-do' leader.
Responsibilities
Respond to price requests.
Respond to customer and internal technical requests.
Collaborate with product development teams, representing product manager functions from conception to launch.
Monitor product margins and apply price changes and/or take actions with supply chain.
Review and disposition customer and internal product development ideas.
Conduct competitor and market research.

5 years of product manager experience
5 years of business-to-business experience, preferably in the aerospace or aviation industry
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Work Environment
The position is based in a brand new facility with a great culture. The team includes two other Product Managers who frequently collaborate with sales and engineering departments. Travel is limited to trade shows, comprising 20% of the year.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
