Performance Management Officer

Your role:

Preparation and Coordination

  • Prepare and coordinate Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs), Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPRs), Partner Surveys, and other Performance Management activities such as KPI trees and benchmarks.

  • Support, collect, and consolidate identification of respondents for surveys and assessments.

  • Prepare and follow up on the Performance Management timetable to ensure timely delivery of information for meetings.

Facilitation and Consolidation

  • Facilitate and consolidate information for performance management sessions.

  • Consolidate, control, and follow up on actions and initiatives to ensure completion and alignment with performance objectives.

Performance Analysis and Improvement

  • Highlight and drive Performance Sessions (PS) for identifying and addressing performance gaps.

  • Review and adjust Tier 1 and Tier 2 indicators to support performance improvement.

  • Conduct hub-level assessment of gaps, drivers, and structural actions, providing support and coaching for function-level analysis and action plans.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Establish dialogue between markets and hub functions to foster collaboration and performance improvement.

  • Actively engage with stakeholders to elevate results, survey initiatives, and develop a customer-first mindset.

Productivity and Initiative Management

  • Coordinate data input and upkeep of platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of initiatives.

  • Team up with Finance for data revision and validation of initiatives.

  • Support and coach initiatives from ideation to completion, focusing on achieving hub productivity targets.

Objectives

  • Ensure on-time delivery of MPR information for meetings.

  • Provide up-to-date analysis for performance sessions and workstreams.

  • Establish effective communication and collaboration between markets and hub functions.

  • Drive performance improvement initiatives and customer-first mindset development.

Targets and Deliverables

  • Achieve 100% deck completeness for MPRs and GBS LT Leadership meetings.

  • Ensure actions are up-to-date with PRIDE/Deep dives reported according to commitments (100%).

  • Improve hub performance relative to the baseline (Q4 2021) by 5 percentage points.

  • Achieve hub productivity targets and provide timely, accurate information for decision-making.

  1. You are experienced in +5 years of Performance Management Projects, Supply Chain, Project Management or an equivalent mix of professional experience and relatable academic background

2.Bachelor's degree or above
