Candidate's Profile:

  • MSc degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology or Biotechnology

  • Fluency in English

  • 5+ years of experience in quality system management

  • Experience in managing a large team

  • Experience in external audits management

  • Good understanding of quality requirements for cosmetics, medical devices and medicinal products (pharma GMP, ISO 13485, ISO 22716, ISO9001)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • QMS supervision

  • Analytical, Microbiological and Packaging Laboratory management

  • Quality Compliance team management

  • Internal Audits supervision

  • Leading of new regulation, standards or norms implementation

  • Supervision in NC, CAPA, RCA, RA and Change Control processes

  • Management of raw & packaging materials release to ensure continuous production

  • Supervision of WIP and Finished Goods timely release

  • Contribute to supplier, warehouse and CP site corporate audit program

  • Support Technology Transfer process and NPD implementation

  • Supervision of complaints managements

  • Support new suppliers/materials qualification process

  • Management of external audits & inspections

  • Cooperation with external authorities on quality investigation

  • Supervision of quality training program

  • Support registration process of new products

  • Cooperation with cross-functional team on continuous improvement and FTG initiatives
