The Scrum Master will support the delivery of Digital M&S Products for the Vaccines Global Business Unit (GBU). The Scrum Master is a servant leader and coach for a Pod (Agile Product Team). (S)He helps educate the Pod in Scrum and, where relevant, Agile at scale practices, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. (S)He also helps remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leads implementation of digital products, including manufacturing/shop floor systems, quality/lab systems, and digital (factory 4.0) products.

  • Works with Product Owners and Development teams daily to drive execution, helping to steer the team to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Leverages Built-In Quality practices to deliver required validation activities to ensure compliance.

  • Promotes and secures the right usage of principles, rules, and practices of agile development.

  • Ensures external vendors follow internal processes when dealing with external teams.

  • Supports integration of digital products with local automation and lab systems (including IoT devices) and ensures data availability to the data lake via Plant Connectivity while meeting cybersecurity requirements.

  • Facilitates pod ceremonies throughout each sprint, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements.

  • Leverages agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

  • Intermediate proficiency in Business Partnership

  • Advanced Collaboration and Communication Skills
