IHG Assistant Night Manager Part Time in Sydney, Australia

Position Overview: We're seeking a dedicated Part-Time Assistant Night Manager to oversee night operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the Night Manager. Join us and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival.

  • Manage guest accounts and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.

  • Resolve guest issues promptly.

  • Balance financial transactions and night audits.

  • Ensure safety and security of guests and staff.

  • Support and mentor night staff.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in hospitality/guest services.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Valid NSW RSA Competency card, First Aid Qualifications, and Drivers Licence required.

  • Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
