Position Overview: We're seeking a dedicated Part-Time Assistant Night Manager to oversee night operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the Night Manager. Join us and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests upon arrival.
Manage guest accounts and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
Resolve guest issues promptly.
Balance financial transactions and night audits.
Ensure safety and security of guests and staff.
Support and mentor night staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12 months’ experience in hospitality/guest services.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Valid NSW RSA Competency card, First Aid Qualifications, and Drivers Licence required.
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
