Client Manager, (Senior Consultant) - Work Health & Safety
Our People Solutions practice focuses on the provision of Consulting and Advisory services to our portfolio of valued corporate clients within WHS, Accident & Health, Life, Workers Compensation, Private Health Insurance specialisations and Human Capital Solutions.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Sydney offices.
As this role is because of growth in the team, professional development opportunities are available for you to “learn on the job”. That means – time, mentoring and support is available for you to grow your skills and capabilities whilst you are in the role.

What the day will look like
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, driven and successful WHS Consultant to join our professional team with our People Solutions Practice.
You will be responsible for:
Delivering best in class WHS solutions to some of Australia's largest employers
Project managing and delivery of WHS related proposals and WHS advisory engagements
Collaborating with our global network, developing new and innovative safety solutions for our Australian clients
Drafting of proposals, reports, and other key project deliverables
Advising our clients on improving their safety performance.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Experience in Work Health and Safety
Prior exposure to a variety of workplaces and situations
Experience in reviewing and developing WHS system frameworks and WHS strategies, procedures and processes
Formal (or working towards) a tertiary level qualification in WHS; Health, Injury Management and/or associated degrees will be considered. Allied Health Professionals should consider applying!
A strong relationship manager who can exemplify the right behaviours, engage with the broader Aon team and provide the commercially astute direction to achieve profitable growth
Ability to present messages skilfully using a variety of media and methods
Effective presentation and public speaking skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders.
