Job Summary ( Purpose) :

Reporting to the Digital Transformation Director, the role of Omnichannel Marketing Manager - Coles & Pharmacy is pivotal in owning the strategy, collaboration and execution of impactful omnichannel Brand Growth plans within retailer ecosystems.

Critical to this exciting role, is an ability to work within a cross subject area and cross functional team in a fast paced digital environment with numerous internal and external team members to drive performance.

This person will champion a growth mindset with strong ambitions to grow in digital excellence, underpinned by people, data, insights, standard methodology learning and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Own the lower funnel Omnichannel strategy and execution in key customers. Drive growth of market leading brands and categories in retailer ecosystems, with ownership of the overall Brand Growth Plan execution. Displaying passion about the people journey and how a magnificent and impactful omnichannel experiences can help us win

  • Build and implement Omnichannel experience calendar - bringing to life Brand Big Bets as well as retailer specific growth initiatives

  • Set and evolve benchmarks and important metrics for each campaign. Provide comprehensive post analysis & recommendations from all executions including, and populate performance media library

  • High level of integration with Customer Development to win in market (driving conversion, online and instore market share and category growth), collaborating on initiatives, budgets and business focuses

  • Lead deep customer engagement and form key valuable relationships with Retail Media Network and Retail Digital Teams. Adopt innovation and test, learn and pivot - demonstrating global standard processes or other industry inspiration

  • Develop internal & external campaign briefs for Brand, internal Digital Hub subject matter authorities such as eContent designers, shelf and search leads, agencies and retailer marketing teams to ensure successful Omnichannel Campaigns

  • Use omnichannel shopper and marketing media data and turn data insights into action. Demonstrating key insights and using them to unlock opportunities in key retailers

Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc) :

  • Highly collaborative skills that will enable the building of positive relationships, with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Must have strong brand marketing experience, knowing what it takes to grow a brand in a digital era

  • Must have strong experience in digital media - planning, briefing, analyzing and reviewing. Understanding what it takes to deliver and optimize for most effective and efficient results

  • Must demonstrate innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, a growth mindset and the ability to connect the dots with a high degree of curiosity

  • You possess a passion for digital growth, data and analytics and love telling stories based on these insights

  • Working in a fast paced environment drives you and managing ambiguity is normal

Preferred Requirements: :

  • Experience in commercial roles customer development / sales

  • Experience working in consumer product goods preferred

  • Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) preferred
