The team you will be a part of
The Procurement team identifies researches and evaluates suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply. Recognizes and evaluate sales, promotional campaigns, and other opportunities to secure reduced prices. Assesses supplier's products to ensure that they comply with specifications and meet the organization's quality standards.
This role in summary
The Sourcing Excellence procurement squad acts as a result enabler structure through promoting high efficiency and governance improvements to the strategic sourcing processes and teams. As the Sourcing Excellence Analyst you will be a key on assessing relevant processes, mapping improvements and implementing it, managing strategic projects.
Your responsibilities will include
Control procurement KPIs and report dashboards to the leadership team
Evaluate supplier performance based on predefined metrics such as cost, quality, delivery, and service levels
Lead and organize commodity review forums
Assist in the development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives aimed at driving innovation, sustainability, and long-term value for the organization
Continuously improve procurement processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize risks
Lead and follow competitive market assessment for a diverse range of commodities
Track and lead supplier risk management pipeline
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sourcing processes
Minimum requirements
Bachelor degree in Administration or Engineering related fields
Analytical skills on google suite and/or office tools
Good communication skills
Fast learning and curious profile
Advanced in English
Preferred skills and experiences
Previous experience in procurement field
Data analytics expertise
Project management
Supply chain knowledge
Continuous improvement mindset
Eager for new challenges and learnings
