Base Salary Range

 $87,340.00 - $109,180.00 - $131,010.00 annual

Position Overview:

The digital banking manager is responsible for leading the implementation of strategic initiatives designed to improve the digital customer experience and conversion.  Additionally, this position provides leadership, direction, and management oversight to the commercial and consumer digital banking teams, ensuring team members deliver high quality digital customer experiences, while planning, directing and organizing the  workgroups to maintain a reliable and secure operating environment to mitigate risk. Advises stakeholders and the broader organization on all aspects of the digital customer experience, by ensuring knowledge, support, and training, to enhance the quality of the digital journey.

Geographical location is Tacoma, WA. 

The successful candidate:

Provides direct reports with proper tools and authority to execute their assigned functions. Develops skills of staff through goal-setting, coaching, problem resolution, delegation, training, counseling, and performance management.

Works collaboratively with management and Human Resources to recommend staffing levels and approves personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, promotions, transfers, training and development of staff, timely performance review and salary increases, in accordance with legal and acceptable Bank personnel practices.

Plans and directs workflow to improve department efficiency, quality of work and ensure work is completed within established timelines.

Evaluates, develops, implements, and maintains digital banking operational procedures, ensuring quality, risk management, unit costs, budget, responsiveness, and customer service standards are met, and adequate internal controls and procedures are in place and followed.

Oversees and reviews digital banking products and offerings; recommends new/existing product enhancements to management; ensure proper implementation of new and approved products and services.

Maintains proficient knowledge of, and ensures bank activities are performed in compliance with, all state and federal banking laws and regulations applicable to assigned area of oversight.

Completes, adheres to, and responds to all risk assessments and audit and SOX findings; ensures compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Researches non-routine complex digital banking problems, and communicates findings and/or resolutions to management and appropriate parties.

Coordinates and delivers timely management reporting of digital banking activities, risks and trends.
