AHBL Marketing Manager in Tacoma, Washington

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who is eager to be involved in a variety of exciting projects in our Tacoma office. WHAT YOU WILL DO The Marketing Manager is an integral part of the marketing team and a key leader in communicating the AHBL Mission & Vision, culture, capabilities, and competitive differences to current and potential clients, to the extended A/E/C, development and owner community and internally to AHBL employees.This role works independently and is responsible for developing marketing initiatives and plans for all assigned market sectors. This position drives momentum to achieve quarterly goals set out by the Marketing Director and the Leadership team.The Marketing Manager leads strategy for "must win" pursuits for all assigned market sectors. The marketing manager engages the Senior Marketing Coordinators to support on-going business development efforts by sector. The marketing manager is customer facing and responsible for driving business results through business development efforts for all assigned business sectors. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university and 10+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of database software, design software, and internet software. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite 5 or newer (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat X pro); Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Technical Savvy: Work often involves composing or editing answers to technical essay type questions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to function in a team setting and take direction from colleagues. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to multi-task. Can-do and positive attitude, flexible, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven atmosphere. COMPENSATION Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Range is based on a 40-hour work week. $99,000 - $146,000 per year Annual discretionary performance-based bonus BENEFITS 100% paid employee medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, life and AD&D, and long-term disability.
