The Coca-Cola Company Manager Purchasing Operations in Taguig City, Philippines

In this role you'll steward internal control environments, developing productivity initiatives and reviewing capital projects/strategy, as well as be accountable for the annual business planning and monthly rolling estimate process.

What You'll Do for Us

Manage day-to-day purchasing operations service delivery in local region. Activities include:

  • Monitoring system functionality and resolving any issues to minimize business interruption and ensure supply continuity.

  • Responding to escalated inquiries/issues from internal stakeholders and/or vendors.

  • Support processes executed by MSP to maintain a strong internal control environment.

  • Handle 3rd level escalation support.

  • Manage regular operational calls with our MSP.

  • Escalate to the Senior Manager issues, concerns and challenges that cannot be resolved on their level.

  • Monitor and review operational metrics (Volumes, Quality & Timelines) from all intake channels, for all categories, all processes, automation failure, workflows.

  • Manage operational level issues raised by MSP or OU requesters/ stakeholders.

  • Work with IT and Genpact to resolve system issues impacting operations.

Support operationalization of policy and process and act as regional subject matter expert on SAP transactions, facilitating systems and reporting

  • Develop and facilitate training with end-users.

  • Assist with systems fixes and enhancements testing.

  • Lead, coordinate, and manage the P2P Forums.

  • Lead, coordinate, and manage business / PO Owner requested trainings.

  • Identify and build training documents to be published in Coca-Cola Intranet Page.

  • Ensure that Coca-Cola Intranet Page has updated P2P-related materials.

  • Participate and support P2P projects and initiatives such as system UATs and deployments.

  • Advisory support to stakeholders on their queries related to process and policies.

  • Provide expert knowledge and support team members.

  • Support Purchasing Audit.

Act as local purchasing operations representative to broader business. Activities include:

  • Soliciting feedback from local business users in efforts to drive improvements to systems and user experience.

  • Establish regular check-ins with key functions and business stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant financial experience with a large global company and manufacturing or supply chain experience preferred

  • Proven track record in supporting customer issues preferably in P2P/supply chain setting.

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and execute strategies.

  • Change management leadership across multiple business functions with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization

  • Analysis and problem-solving skills - the ability to explore strategic options, developing creative solutions to complex business issues, and/or supporting decision-making.

  • Must be proficient in use of SAP and MS Office applications.
