Must have the following to apply:
- Two years of college coursework from a technical or vocational school in construction, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, as well as plumbing and electronics, AND
- Three years experience performing maintenance and repair work for commercial buildings and grounds OR
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, or abilities
- Ability to meet attendance requirements
- Due to the nature of the job, must speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to perform lifting
- Ability to perform work involving the lifting and carrying of objects varying in size
- Ability to perform continuous walking, stopping, standing, and some climbing
Licenses and Certifications:
- Valid State Driver's License
- Qualified certification in one of the following fields:
- HVAC (Preferred), Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanics

Job Description:
This position is responsible for performing a variety of skilled maintenance work for buildings and grounds.
- Performs skilled maintenance, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Routine maintenance and repairs
- Work requires driving a vehicle and working outdoors daily with exposure to discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like

Days and Hours:
Full-Time position. 1st shift available. 37 hours per week. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.
Pay:
$19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits are offered.
