Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the HRBP is to provide exceptional support and coaching across all HR disciplines within a defined division. This includes talent management, unemployment, employee relations, benefits administration, and more. The HRBP plays a crucial role in the Human Resources Department, helping to create and maintain policies/procedures and constantly seeking new areas of improvement within our day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include understanding departmental needs, ensuring compliance with employment laws, providing HR-related guidance, managing staffing, driving performance management activities, and leading HR projects to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with full employee life-cycle support

  • Experience supporting remote locations

  • Experience supporting hiring for remote locations

  • True partnership with hiring managers on new openings

Soft Skills

  • Ability to tailor support to departmental needs

  • Strong guidance and coaching abilities

  • Proactive in enhancing organizational policies and procedures

  • Effective collaboration with HR team and other departments

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tampa, Florida and some 1 day remote (any day but Friday).
