Must have the following to apply:

  • Bachelor's Degree or greater in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience creating and managing lead generation programs for technology solution sales
  • Ability to build strategy and execute programming to deliver on goals and expectations
  • Project management experience. You have a track record of driving simultaneous projects and multiple initiatives
  • Experience with ABM platforms (e.g. 6Sense, Demandbase, Terminus) is a plus
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools Hubspot, Salesforce, or related technology preferred
  • Experience with enterprise data analytic tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or related technology
  • Experience managing marketing agencies is a plus
  • Certifications and/or continued education related to digital and outbound lead generation for Hubspot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with written and oral communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • PC computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
  • Written and verbal communicator, coupled with developed interpersonal skills. Presentation skills are critical
  • Able to work independently and in a performing team environment
  • Possess a demonstrated ability to multitask and accommodate changing priorities within compressed timelines
  • Ability to think creatively and independently to produce new ideas and concepts

Reporting to Sr. Director of Marketing, we seek a proficient lead generation expert specializing in digital marketing campaigns, outbound tactics, and funnel optimization.

The ideal candidate boasts an impressive history of conceiving and executing campaigns that consistently yield leads for sales. Proficiency in refining and adapting programs based on data-driven insights is a must. Additionally, we seek someone who excels in collaborative efforts with sales teams, product managers, marketing, and technology experts to position our SDK and API product offerings strategically. Written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying the ideal customer profile, crafting targeted messaging, and developing compelling content to power campaigns. Success is reflected by filling the pipeline with qualified in-market leads, increasing MQL conversion rates, and exceeding revenue goals.

Duties and Responsibility:**

Develop the overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel most cost-effectively

Create and execute digital and outbound lead-generation plans that deliver significant volumes of qualified leads cost-effectively, including email marketing, ABM, PPC, social media, and new marketing channels

Initiate and manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel to become sales-ready leads

Measure, analyze, interpret, and report on the impact of campaign activities on the influenced pipeline, database growth, deal cycle acceleration, and other KPIs
