JPMorgan Chase Strategy & Shared Services Business Management - Vice President in Tampa, Florida

As a Strategy and Shared Services Business Manager within the Client Service & Implementations team, you will serve as a trusted advisor and counterweight to the head of Strategy & Shared Services. Your role will involve unifying shared services with the aim of enhancing our ability to meet business and financial objectives. You will provide support to the Strategy & Shared Services Group Head and Global Business Management Lead, collaborating with client service and implementations leads as well as cross-functional groups. This position offers the opportunity to gain insights into various aspects of the payments business, while contributing to the development of structure, enhancement of operating models, and influencing key decisions.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end deliverables producing high quality and insightful materials to support the delivery of key messaging updates, (Business Reviews, Leadership Team Meetings, Exec Presentations, Townhalls, Factpacks)

  • Support the group head with managing deliverables related to ad hoc internal team management and senior management business updates

  • Coordinate with the Finance teams on mid-year and annual financial planning and monthly forecasting

  • Demonstrate ability to create impactful executive level presentations that create a story utilizing data insights

  • Coordinate across the organization to report and monitor the health of the business

  • Build strong relationships & partner effectively with the business to make process enhancements to optimize business performance

  • Report on monthly key objectives and results (OKRs) across the business

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Strong sense of ownership; takes full responsibility for end-to-end project execution

  • Effectively partner, influence, and communicate with stakeholders across all levels

  • Attention to detail and ability to spot mistakes quickly

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen, question, and articulate complex issues concisely

  • Strong technical skills with Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PitchPRO

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • 5+ years of prior experience in a Business Management or Chief of Staff-type role
