Work Location: This position will be temporarily working in LEGO Training Facility (Eastern International University - Binh Duong) & fully relocated to VSIP3 by end of 2024. Shuttle buses are provided.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform inprocess audit,inspectionand record according to quality plan (Classify of defects/issues, follow AQL sampling plan, and issue nonconformity (NCMS) report)

• Participatetocontainment and corrective actions of NC materials, FG and follow up the problem solving till done, including the handling of quarantined FG and WIP.

• Investigate root cause of quality issues, communicate to relevant Depts, and follow up the problemsolving

• Apply the basic statistical methods for data analysis and PDCA/Quality tools in problemsolving

• Shiftlyreport for quality performance per department and QMS requirements

• Báo cáo theo ca v ề hi ệ u su ấ t ch ấ t l ượ ng theo yêu c ầ u c ủ a h ệ th ố ng qu ả n lý ch ấ t l ượ ng QMS

• Report any quality risks or abnormality tosupervisor

• EHS and 5S audit in the assigned areas

• Lead orparticipateto Quality Circle (Small Group Activities) and Track/ verify /validateimprovement actions’ effectiveness in ownareas

• D ẫ n d ắ t ho ặ c tham gia Vòng tròn ch ấ t l ượ ng ( Ho ạ t đ ộ ng nhóm nh ỏ ) và theo dõi / xác minh / xác th ự c hi ệ u qu ả c ủ a các hành đ ộ ng c ả i ti ế n trong các lĩnh v ự c đ ượ c giao

• Conform to andparticipatein internal/external audit (IMS, CCC, FSC, ...), LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) assessment and annual TIPsetting

• Tuân th ủ và tham gia các hoạt động ki ể m toán n ộ i b ộ / bên ngoài (IMS, CCC, FSC, ...), đánh giá về các hoạt động cải tiến liên tục (LCI) và thi ế t l ậ p k ế ho ạ ch b ộ ph ậ n hàng năm .

• Stop production in case ofidentifiedserious EHS or Quality risk. Escalate and actively collaborate toimmediatelyresolve the situation.

• Maintain conformance to regulation/internal rules and IMSstandards

• Support production lines to solving quality problems, organization of immediate remediation on the lines, identification of the root cause of non-conforming production, line audits, archiving ofdocuments

Do you have what it takes?

• A minimum of3 yearexperience in Quality, prefer from MNC or companies with premium quality standards
