* This position will be temporarily working in LEGO Training Facility (Binh Duong) & fully relocated to VSIP3 by end of 2024. Shuttle buses are provided.
Core Responsibilities
Own LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam machine safeguarding (MSG) training system, including local MSG skill matrix development to create and sustain machine safety mindset, awareness and competency / performance
Develop or support to create / revise / update standard operating procedure, work instructions, one-point lesson, … documents related to machine safety
Involve in machine related projects ensuring contributions from MSG in the project from phase 1 to 5, including new equipment purchase/implementation, machinery factory acceptance test and site acceptance test, … with proactive safety approaches / processes
Responsible for LOTO implementation and management in LMV
Regular process confirmation and report to local/global management
Involved in onsite EHS problem solving related to machine safety and maintain / updated machine safety assessment database
Follow up machine safety related accidents, make in-depth assessment and develop solutions (if needed), then establishing report to stakeholders
Represent LMV with the LEGO Group (TLG)’s MSG network and cooperate to create TLG safety direction & journey, assist global machine safety in creation and updating MSG tools to secure usability
Best practice sharing and adaptation through our TLG networks
Participate in and support other LMV's EHS activities e.g. safety week, EHS network, preventive safety observation review, behaviour-based safety etc. and, activities to leverage safety culture
Equipment inspection conformance to legal and corporate requirements.
Support to the development of new/modification of existing equipment.
Update/reflect all local legal requirements towards platform owner of the equipment.
Co-train for LMV and contractors in machine safety area when needed

Do you have what it takes?
Prefer candidates with a minimum of5-year-experiencein machine safety frommultinationalmanufacturing companies, with relevant experience in machine inspections/ machine design & development/ machine installation, equipment technical specification creation, solid understanding and knowledge of legislation and harmonized standards knowledges, risk analysis
Knowledge of machine directive 2006/42/EC, users directive 2009/104/EC, Government decree No. 378/2001, Basic harmonized standards EN ISO 12100, EN 60204-1
Prefer candidates with Bachelor degree majoring in EHS, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or similar backgrounds
Certification in health & safety system (Identification of hazards/risks certification) is preferred
Must -have qualifications
Strong command of English
High standard-driven
Detail oriented
Self-driven personality with can-do-attitude
MS Office
Result oriented with fact-base driven, data oriented and logical / analytical skills, detail oriented, systematic thinking and sense for excellence
Good communication skill and stakeholder management
No color blind - to avoid unfortunate safety incidents due to not being able to distinguish colors correctly while performing tasks. (E.g. wrong electrical wiring, warning signs misidentification, …)
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Practical experience in Kaizen, SPC, small group activities/ quality control in problem solving
