Stores/Shipping/Receiving Technicians responsible for receiving, safe storage and issuance of all items from/to supplier or customers including conduct of physical count and monitoring of production material status. Should be capable of multiple warehouse operations tasks, can do ERP system bookings and cycle count.
Job Description related to handling RTV shipments:
Prepare RTE form & secure copy of Import permit (including checking and validation of details) Create Manual Invoice and Packing list Prepare Letter to PEZA and LOA application letter Send shipment details to Traffic for booking and LOE application and ED lodgement. Monitor return of shipment back to Collins if the export is sample or temporary transfer for the liquidation of LOA.
JD for Outbound and Traffic.
Responsible in export documentation includes processing of invoice, packing list pick slip thru SAP/JDE.
Responsible in processing of Export documents, such as AWB transaction, Automated Export Declaration System (AEDS).
Booking and coordinate to nominated forwarder for p/up arrangement for Air & Sea shipment details information.
Responsible in filling and recording of all export documents such as invoices, packing list, airway bill and export declaration.
Responsible in sending Pre-alert thru email with flight details concerned customers.
Monitor all Export shipments if all delivered according to Customer OTD metrics.
Ensure that the routing used for shipments are correct and according to agreed routing.
Responsible in creating ASN labels for All Boeing shipment and provide copy to Shipping team to attach on individual packaging.
Prepare Gate Pass for all shipments.
POD monitoring for all outbound shipments and other critical ship-outs.
Coordinates / Reports to Superior or Team leader if any problem encountered.
Checked all Documents.
Provide daily updates for all shipments status
Level of Work:
Ensure proper implementation of good warehousing procedures in recording, storage, and inventory control.
Ensures adequate stock levels are maintained and controlled.
Receive finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials deliveries and checks conformance to specifications regarding physical attributes.
Performs inventory count, maintains control and accounts for all stock on hand. Management of excess stock physically and on the ERP system in line with accounts procedures, maintaining ERP stock accuracy.
Accurate issuance of parts and materials versus Work Orders
Ensure proper rotation, storage and issuance of materials/components.
Coordinates and assists in the unloading and storage of raw materials and packaging materials.
Perform handling and issuance of chemical products and raw materials.
Close coordination with the purchasing team regarding the return and / or replacement of defective or wrong deliveries.
Prepare receiving reports of accepted deliveries of raw materials and supplies.
Perform packaging of finished goods for shipment.
Coordinate and assist in the loading of finished goods for shipment.
Conduct regular inspection of the warehouse premises to check security and condition of materials stored therein.
Safeguard inventory against breakage or other damage and loss on account of pilferage.
Maintain and update stock cards and inventory records; Prepares periodic reports on inventory balances; encodes transactions on real-time basis to ensure real-time inventory.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouses.
Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the position and other tasks that may be assigned by the superiors
Requirements:
Must have completed at least a Vocational course or 2 years in college or a combination of education and work experience.
1 to 4 years experience in warehousing.
Working knowledge in any of the warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, stockroom)
Knowledge in cycle count
Experienced forklift operators with NCII license a plus
Working knowledge of ERP System/Barcode process
