ManpowerGroup Clerical Administrative Assistant in Taneytown, Maryland

Clerical Administrative Assistant - $21.00-$25.00/per hour

Seeking a professional Clerical Assistant to join a well-known manufacturing company. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks including communications, document preparation, accounts receivable duties, and general office support. You will pay a crucial role in maintaining our office operations smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare communications such as memos, emails and reports

  • Write, edit, and format documents from letters to instructional materials

  • Manage filing systems, both physical and electronic

  • Support the owner with various administrative tasks

  • Handle accounts receivable duties including invoicing and purchasing

  • Maintain office functionality by running errands, sorting mail, and managing deliveries

  • Create and distribute quarterly newsletters

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks with at least 3 years of experience

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications including Word and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to take ownership of projects and work proactively

  • Self-starter with a solid understanding of business operations
