Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Sr. Associate Scientist, Formulation Development Operations in Tarrytown, New York

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Associate Scientist to join our Analytical & Operation Team within the Formulation Development Group (FDG). In this exciting role, you will foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring quality and timely results for assigned projects. This role involves critical operational and strategic project management support, enhancing digital solutions for planning and reporting, and building efficient business operations processes.

A Typical Day in the Role of Sr Associate Scientist Might Look Like:

  • Provide operational project management support to FDG initiatives, ensuring projects progress within the set timelines and budget.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously maintain business operation tools, including resource analysis and automated operation workflows.

  • Encourage a positive team culture of ownership and accountability, including continuous evaluation, recognition, and process innovation.

  • Support technology transfer activities, ensuring effective communication and utilization of information, methods, materials, and processes during manufacturing.

  • Independently identify areas for process improvement and propose quality solutions.

This role requires a BS/MS degree in a related field with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant R&D development, operational, and/or project management experience. Practical working knowledge and application of Project Management techniques and concepts in the drug product development/pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Ability to influence and gain cooperation, establish effective relations, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment a plus.

Travel may be required in support of technology transfer activities.

Salary Range (annually)

$77,600.00 - $126,600.00
