Responsibilities:
Scheduling Management : Create and maintain schedules for medical staff
Shift Coordination: Coordinate shift changes, swaps and adjustments as needed to accommodate staff availability and operational requirements.
Communication: Keep team members and medical facilities up to date
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, attendance and any scheduling changes/adjustments
Customer Service/Problem Solving: Address scheduling conflicts and/or changes to best accommodate needs
Requirements:
Relevant Experience: Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication is required to interact professionally with all stakeholders

Team Player
Tech Savy: Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Systems
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate staffing requirements, including occasional nights, weekends and occasional holidays
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges in a dynamic healthcare environment
