TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Tempe, Arizona

Pharmacy Customer Service Representative

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you’ll work in a call center environment, handling inbound calls and some follow-up calls. Your responsibilities will include answering questions related to prior authorization, general inquiries, and occasionally dealing with confidential information. Providing excellent customer service with meticulous attention to detail is essential. You’ll accurately enter information into various systems and programs while tracking communication with customers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience (preferably in a medical office)

  • Acceptable experience with high-volume calls (40+ calls per day)

  • Average tenure of at least 1 year in the last 4 years

Schedule:

  • Availability required 7 days a week from 5 am to 10 pm (assigned set schedule within those hours)

Training:

  • Mon-Fri, 8 am to 4:30 pm for 4 weeks

  • Participation is crucial; completion requires an average of 90% on 4 tests

  • Mandatory overtime in January and February

Shift Bids:

  • Based on performance rankings from training test scores
