Summary:

We are actively seeking an exemplary self-starter candidate to join CED’s Industrial Solutions Network market access team as a Sales Enablement and Communications Manager

This position will be responsible for working with our partner network to collaborate, plan, develop and execute content/campaigns that can be effectively communicated to our sales teams and through marketing tools to drive demand with our customers.

This role will act as the liaison between our technology partners goals and our sales field to drive increasing engagement and effective content use.

Working cross-functionally to foster collaboration through an effective internal communications strategy and process is a must.

This position is tailored to candidates seeking a sales enablement, marketing and/or communications career in an evolving industry.

The ideal candidate possesses outstanding organizational and communication skills and thrives in a fast paced, multi-faceted industry. They have a natural gift of providing encouragement and assistance for an idea or project, while pushing those projects to completion to achieve results.

No prior manufacturing industry experience is necessary, we help give you the information you need to know to be successful with us as we look to prepare you to lead our sales enablement and communications.

Position Location: Lincoln NE, or Omaha NE. Other markets in KS, NE, and MO will be considered.

Reports to: Director of ISN Market Access

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • 3-4 years experience in the sales enablement, marketing and/or communications field

  • Bachelor’s Degree - will consider related experience in lieu of degree

  • Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background, education and some experience in marketing, sales enablement, content marketing and/or communications

  • Understanding of messaging and content effectiveness to drive engagement and demand.

    ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Able to work independently and manage projects from start to finish

  • Desire to execute communications campaigns from information and data gathered.

  • Ability and desire to provide encouragement and assistance for an idea or project

Working Conditions:

  • Conditions vary based on projects and will include warehouse, office, and external environments.

  • During some segments possible extreme heat/cold conditions.

  • Office segments may include sitting for extended periods.

  • Various segments will include some travel – both by car and by air.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the market, customers, and our team to determine effective communications strategies.

  • Developing collaborative relationships with our determined partners, to develop consistent cadence of communication and planning.

  • Developing processes to gather and organize content for product and partner campaigns

  • Prioritizing and managing an effective schedule of communications that meet expectations of partners and our team

  • Curating and staging the content for our field and marketing teams to effectively find and use.

  • Working with others in our team and agencies on building additionally needed content and emails

  • Managing existing customer and employee contact lists and activity, and executing any needed communications

  • Helping to drive awareness and demand by enabling our sales field and marketing tools through communication and campaigns of our partners outcomes and goals

  • Traveling between locations as required
