Kelly Services Summer Internship - Supply Chain in Thornhill, Ontario

Are you a supply chain student looking for a hands-on experience this summer? Our client, a pharmaceutical company located in Thornhill, ON is looking for a Summer Intern in their Supply Chain Department! This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Inventory reconciliation between warehouse and ERP.

  • Ensure Item Master data is created accurately between multiple systems.

  • Ensure priority in bound receipts are processed in a timely manner, Create ASNs in Oracle when requested by warehouse.

  • Validate Open PO in Oracle.

  • Assist in 3-way matching errors between Oracle Pos, Oracle receipts and commercial invoice.

  • Complete ad-hoc requests as per Supply Chain team needs.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

  • Excellent planning and attention to detail with high level of accuracy and analysis skills in investigating and resolving discrepancies and escalating findings as necessary.

  • Strong problem solving, decision-making skills and sense of urgency in dealing with clients.

  • Able to build and manage relationships within team, cross functional departments, and clients.

  • A criminal background is required.
