Volt is immediately hiring an On-Site Office Manager in North Denver, CO. As an Office Manager you will: Answering emails and phone calls Assist with Onboarding/Terminating new hires Assist with bookkeeping, invoices, accounts payable Assist with Payroll Be responsible for all administrative tasks This is a full time opportunity The ideal candidate will have: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) Quick learner - full training will be provided Excellent customer service skills Team oriented to help create and maintain a positive work environment Shift: M-F 6:45AM- 3:15PM Pay Rate: $26.00-29.00 per hour
