Job Description

Define, validate, maintain and document manufacturing processes with optimal use of resources ensuring the level of quality, productivity and minimizing waste (scrap), continuously improving the capacity of processes to meet specifications. Define compliance dates for the different projects, assign responsibilities and prepare compliance reports for review with the management levels of the organization. Create work programs, resource planning, cost estimation, influence strategies, as well as conflict resolution that facilitate decision-making in the phases of each project.

Role Responsibilities

  • Generation of capital requisitions for the acquisition of equipment.

  • Coordinate meetings to report project progress.

  • Coordination of multifunctional working groups during the execution of projects.

  • Project management of product and / or process transfer, cost reduction, capacity, continuous improvement, design changes, including functions and responsibilities such as:

  • Implement manufacturing projects and product and / or process transfers, from their conception, integration, or development, to their massive implementation or industrialization.

  • Implement product and / or process changes, through the initiation, administration, or participation, change plan in change control processes.

  • Application of a wide variety of techniques, practices and procedures that allow solving complex projects and problems that require analytical skills and initiative with minimal supervision.

  • Give technical support to engineers, in product failure analysis

  • Validation and approval of equipment

  • Update technical and process documents of the teams in the manufacturing area during the implementation of new products or changes of current products to the R&D department.

  • Analyze critical routes of each project

  • Design and implement processes that meet product requirements and high operational performance.

  • Document all processes in accordance with the ISO and FDA Quality system

  • Identify and minimize sources of Scrap.

  • Plan and execute OPEX projects.

  • Design technical and operational training.

  • Resolution of quality problems, productivity and scrap applying analysis and optimization techniques.

  • Comply with the necessary security measures to prevent accidents, occupational diseases, and environmental contingencies within the company.

  • Notification of acts, unsafe conditions and environmental risks observed (s) in any area of ​​the company

Minimum Qualifications

  • Engineering: Electrical / Mechanical Engineer / Mechatronics / Electromechanical / Industrial or associated career.

  • More than 5 years of experience in project management.

  • Advanced English.

  • Certification: 6Sigma / Lean, Project Management.

  • Supervision and Project Management.

  • Availability to travel.
