Discover Impactful Work:
As a ServiceNow HR Module QA Tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our ServiceNow HR module implementation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR professionals, developers, and collaborators, to understand requirements, design test plans, complete test cases, and provide valuable insights for process improvement. Your expertise in QA testing and knowledge of HR processes will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience for our clients.
A Day in the Life:
Collaborate with HR professionals and collaborators to understand HR processes and requirements for the ServiceNow HR module implementation.
Design and complete test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and accuracy of HR processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Perform end-to-end testing, including functional testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing, to validate the HR module's performance and functionality.
Develop automated test scripts for regression testing using Automate Pro. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues, prioritize bug fixes, and enhance the HR module's performance and user experience.
Collaborate with HR professionals to understand user needs, provide recommendations for process improvement, and ensure alignment between HR requirements and technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow HR module features, standard processes, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in the QA process.
Keys to Success:
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience as a QA Tester, preferably with experience in testing the ServiceNow HR module.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and workflows, with a focus on areas such as employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee self-service.
Shown understanding of software testing methodologies, including test planning, test case design, and defect management.
Experience with testing HR systems or modules within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and modules, with specific knowledge of the HR module and related functionalities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR scenarios and provide innovative testing solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally with diverse teams and collaborators.
