Insight Global Senior Data Engineer in Titusville, New Jersey
Job Description
Insight Global is currently seeking a Remote Data Engineer for a large pharmaceutical client. This person will be joining a team supporting and building out a data environment supporting large business initiatives around improving the identification, structuring, and usage of large data sets to drive business decisions. This person will be responsible for building and managing dbt transformations, orchestrations and scheduling using Apache Airflow, and standard data engineering using Python/SQL/AWS for build and optimization of data pipelines. This person will also be responsible for leveraging Snowflake for data warehousing and optimizations. This person should be a senior level data engineering resource. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer in an enterprise environment
- Dbt transformations using SQL for layering and structuring
- Apache Airflow for scheduling and orchestrations
- AWS environment experience standing up and utilizing services
- Snowflake data warehousing
- Python/SQL pipeline development null
