We are currently recruiting a Technical Product Owner Learning Experience, to play a key role in our Workforce Experience Technology Curation product group focused on the curation of workforce solutions and experiences.

The Learning Experience product team owns all capabilities that support the J&J Innovative Medicine learning and development journey across several personas. In this position, the learning experience TPO will work closely with the learning experience team, J&J Learn teams and J&J IM L&D teams to provide technology direction for the innovative Learning & Development capabilities. In this capacity, the TPO is expected to provide leadership around product ownership, release management, business process/analysis, road mapping, quality and compliance.

The role requires direct interaction with business partners to understand the business processes and translate technical & functional requirements to elevate learning experience products. It also requires critical thinking and shaping skills to develop product roadmaps and technology solutions to meet the needs of a modern learner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creation and execution of a visionary product roadmap, prioritizing ground-breaking new features and enhancements to meet dynamic business needs.

  • Lead the development and implementation of high-impact use cases for innovative technology investments, ensuring each project delivers significant value.

  • Own the product roadmap, focusing on transformational projects and ensuring value realization through effective management of outcomes and key results.

  • Articulate and champion the product vision and requirements to the product development team, inspiring innovative solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and platform teams to shape and drive groundbreaking learning solutions that revolutionize the learning and development experience.

  • Work closely with the product development and platform teams to communicate the product vision and requirements, ensuring flawless implementation of advanced configurations.

  • Coordinate with vendors and platform owners on release planning, sprint planning, and business partner demos to showcase transformative product features.

  • Document user acceptance testing and support unit testers to guarantee that all requirements are met with excellence.

  • Ensure all products, features, and projects adhere to the highest standards of security, privacy, and compliance, meeting all relevant regulations and requirements.

  • Cultivate collaborative, healthy, inclusive, and credo-based culture of highly engaged, robust teams by modeling credo values, valuing diverse perspectives, with high touch approach to employee talent and development.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience and Skills:

Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience product ownership and delivering solutions to support business goals.

  • In depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA management is required.

  • A broad understanding of Learning & Development business processes & capabilities.

  • Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with analytics technologies (i.e. Qliksense, Tableau, etc.).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience Managing and Supporting Technology Platforms – Lifecycle Management /Technology Enhancements.

  • A general understanding of Hight performing teams and objectives and key results.

  • This position may require up to 5% travel, primarily in the NJ, PA area and occasional travel across North America is required.

  • This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.

Preferred

  • A broad understanding of Sales Learning & Development and communication business processes as well as capabilities is required.

  • A broad knowledge of field sales processes such as field sales hierarchies, and field sales reporting is preferred.

  • Experience with being able to synthesize business partner inputs into product decisions.

  • Experience with requirements gathering and story mapping experience.

  • Experience with Vendor Management.

Anticipated Salary Range: $90,000- $144,900

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
