In the Corporate Communications team of Vitesco Technologies Mexico, our objective is to position ourselves among the different stakeholders, we do this by carrying out strategic communication, aligning our key messages to the corporate strategy and business needs, and maintaining consistency in all our communication. The Communication Analyst who joins the team will help us achieve this.
With passion, teamwork, and a curious mindset, you will contribute to the positioning of Vitesco Technologies Mexico as a leading company in powertrain electrification solutions. As a member of the team, you will work directly in the Corporate Communications team, which oversees managing communication at all levels of the company, such as Internal Communications, External Communications, Online Communications, as well as Brand and Event Management.
In this role, you will support us in telling exciting stories to our employees, customers, media, and industry about how we are driving clean mobility, and delivering our transformational messages to society.
You will have an ongoing collaborative role with Senior Management at Vitesco Technologies Mexico, you will be able to propose new and innovative initiatives to improve the way we communicate and to generate engagement with all our audiences. You will also collaborate directly with the Global Communications Team, as well as with the Corporate Team at our headquarters in Germany.
Develop strategic corporate communication planning.
Follow up on the central communication plan and the corporate communication agenda to propose ideas that will help us to better reach our audiences.
Work with the different departments and locations to identify issues to be communicated.
Manage internal communication channels and internal communication campaigns.
Coordinate social networks: strategy, planning, creation, control, and measurement.
Monitor activity on our social networks!
Create digital communication campaigns.
Manage and update the website, as well as keep statistical control of the site.
Keep in harmony the use of the brand in the external presence and support branding events.
