True North Custom Creative Director in TN, United States

True North Custom remains a highly remote-friendly culture and is proud to employ incredible people across the country.  This Position is 100% Remote.  Due to client needs we are looking for someone who resides in the Midwest or east coast , preferably in the following states:  GA, FL, IL, OH, TN, NC, SC, and MI .

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Creative Director to lead a creative team responsible for executing campaigns for an array of clients in the health and wellness vertical. In this new role, you will report into the Executive Creative Director, and be responsible for leading a team of designers, art directors and copywriters in developing and executing innovative creative concepts across all platforms, from traditional advertising, video, digital ads, and cutting-edge social media campaigns. If you have 8+ years of experience as a Creative Director or similar senior creative leadership role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns across multiple channels, we would love an opportunity to discuss your background further.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of talented designers, art directors, copywriters, and other creative professionals from inception to execution.

  • Develop a clear creative vision for campaigns that align with our clients brand strategy and marketing objectives.

  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact creative campaigns across various media channels (print, digital, social, etc.).

  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables.

  • Manage workflow, priorities and multiple projects and campaigns at once.

  • Stay ahead of design trends and identify new technologies to integrate into our creative process.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure creative solutions meet business goals for existing clients and new business.

  • Manage creative budgets and timelines effectively.

  • Coordinate with freelance professionals and third-party vendors on projects utilizing outsourced resources

  • Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders in a persuasive and engaging manner.

    The person for this role must be familiar with website design principles and UX best practices along with a strong understanding of branding principles and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate has a excellent design sense, visual communication, presentation and communication skills, experience leading and motivating creative teams and a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.

Preference given to strong candidates with experience in the healthcare industry.
