Organizational Structure/ 事業・組織構成の概要 カスタマーサクセスサービス(CSS)主にミッションクリティカルな環境で、クラウド製品を含むオラクル製品をご利用しているお客様に対して、追加有償の製品サポートおよび保守・運用サービス、教育サービス等を提供することで、システムライフサイクルを通してお客様のオラクル資産の稼働率やパフォーマンスを最大化し、システムを安定稼働させるためのソリューションを提供する組織です。

Job Description/ 職務内容 クラウド製品を含むオラクル製品を使用するシステムに対して締結される運用保守サービスのデリバ--ーを遂行します。提供サービスのアカウント責任者であるTechnical Account Managerとして担当顧客に対してシステムライフサイクルの各ステージで適切なサービスを提案し、海外リソースを含めたエンジニアリソース---活用したシステム保守・運用サービスの提供を通じて、システムの安定稼働を実現します。

Roles & Responsibility/ 個人に期待する役割やミッションシステムの運用代行業務を行うサービスを提供する中で、運用上の課題を主体となって解決に導いたり、安定運用に必要な技術情報を取りまとめたり等、お客様への提案や管理を行います。また対象サービスの契約の維持および--当顧客への新規提案機会の創出に関する責任を負います。これら業務をお客様、および社内グローバルメンバーを含めた関係者(運用技術者、製品保守・開発エ---ジニア、製品担当、営業担当など)と連携して遂行します。常にお客様と円滑なコミュニケーションを図り、提供するサ---ビスについて顧客満足度を高-----、組----------------------------------------------の-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ジ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------に貢献します。
