所属部署、チームの紹介
Technical Servicesは、スタジオ内のショー設備が万全に機能するように備えるチームです。ビジターとスタッフの安全の確保を第一とした計画を立て、実施します。
電気制御、機械メンテンナンス、法定安全点検、音響、映像、美術品補修など、技術分野は多岐に渡ります。
優先される業務の目的
ビジターの期待を常に超えるようにチームのパフォーマンスを最大化させる。
チームリードとして様々な状況において、その場における最良の判断を行う
チームリードとしてスタッフの育成機会を提供する。
常に自己の成長を考え、能動的に他チームと連携する。
スタジオツアー東京の目標を達成する為に、各マネジャーとコミュニケーションを取り、組織の透明性を図る。
主な業務内容
新規設備導入における情報収集、ドキュメント作成。
営業開始前チェック, 終了後の立下げや不具合対応を含む保全作業。
メンテナンス計画および実施, スペアパーツ管理, 工具管理。
チーム内トレーニング計画および実施。
人・リーダーシップ
スタッフのトレーニングをサポートして、ビジターのニーズを満たす為に最適なレベルのサービスとビジュアルの基準が十分に整っていることを確実にする。
デイリーブリーフィングに参加してチームメンバーが部門内及びビジネスの状況を常に把握できるようにする。
マネジャーの採用活動をサポートし、新しいチームメンバーのメンター及びトレーナーとなる
全てのビジター及び従業員が安全な環境にいられるようH&Sポリシーと手順を遵守する。
チームメンバーのシフト管理（日次、週次、月次）を行う。
探求心を持って、幅広い知識と技能を身に付ける。
習得した知識や技能を他のメンバーにも周知する。
デューティ・マネジメント
WBSTTにおいて担当部署の時間帯責任者、もしくはスタジオ全体の時間帯責任者業務を担当する場合がある。
上記の時間帯責任者は、週末、銀行休業日、学校休業日、夜間など、週末や夜間を含む週7日のローテーションの一部として、必要に応じて他のチームメンバーと交代で行う。
選考基準
関連する又は前職の経験
自動機械設備、またはエンターテインメントショー設備に関するセットアップ業務またはメンテナンス業務に従事した経験があること（5 年以上）。
チーム（3名以上）をリードした経験3年以上。
電子機器、モーターやエア駆動機器を含むアクチュエータに関する技術およびメンテナンスに関わった経験。
チームの管理育成に携わった経験。
施設等の立ち上げ業務に携わった経験があれば尚可。
必要なスキル
個人とチームのモチベーションを高め、目標を達成する。
ビジターやスタッフと効果的に交流する。
柔軟なアプローチでチームの一員として働く。
電気回路と電気制御に関する知識、または機構と機械整備に関する知識。
最新情報における法令、規則の順守。
安全衛生規則に関する実践的な知識。
ビジターおよび社内スタッフとの円滑なコミュニケーション。
チーム構築と計画立案。
Excel, WordなどのMicrosoft Office製品操作。
プロジェクトマネジメントに関する資格は優遇 (PMP 等)
勤務形態
年間変形労働制（週37.5時間が目安・夜勤有）
1ヵ月ごとのシフトを作成
土日祝、繁忙期（年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆）勤務
