Job Title: TAR Scheduler
Job Description
As a TAR Scheduler, your primary role will be to construct TAR Event schedules based on feedback from multiple stakeholders including event managers, contractors, execution team, and others. You will be responsible for maintaining resources within the schedule, identifying and communicating schedule changes and trends, and updating schedules with the latest performance data. Your role will also include participation in Interactive Planning and Construction Lean Planning Sessions, monitoring schedule performance against key performance indicators, and providing timely updates to the Turnaround Event Leads. Ensuring schedule integrity, evaluating logic and float, and maintaining schedule accuracy will be a key part of your role.
Hard Skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
5+ years of P6 experience in medium to large-sized industry construction projects
2+ years of experience in working in Turnaround (TAR) projects
In-depth knowledge of Primavera with understanding of typical construction sequencing and logic for large construction projects
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to identify and monitor key performance indicators
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Attention to detail and accuracy
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s) with possibility to extend for next turnaround.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Oregon, Ohio.
Work Environment
This position requires 100% onsite presence
