As an Administrative Assistant within our specialty care business, you’ll contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Sanofi Canada office and support the work of the Leaders and other members as needed.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to the Franchise/Teams.

  • Prepare and/or process and track required documents related to the business regarding financial transactions such as purchase orders and invoices.

  • Provide administrative support to the National Sales Managers, Marketing Leads and Field Representatives.

  • Provide administrative support to the National Sales Managers, Marketing Leads and Field Representatives.

  • Coordinate and arrange for hotel accommodations and services to support both internal and external meetings.

About you:

  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office - WORD, PowerPoint & Excel. Adobe Illustrator and Canva would be an asset.

  • 3 - 5 years of successful administrative support experience

  • Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset.

  • Post-Secondary Education (preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and organization skills
