Retail Fulfillment Associate

In addition to our e-commerce business we're growing our retail presence directly and through partnerships with chains across North America. That's why we need to grow our Retail Operations team and add an additional Fulfillment Associate to our team. This role will start off as a 4 month contract (June-September) with the possibility of extension at the end of contract.

The Role:

Working as part of the Retail/Wholesale team our  Fulfillment Associates primarily responsibilities focus on supporting the other members of the operation Retail wholesale team in delivering on client orders. Reporting our Logistics and Inventory Manager, we're looking for a hard worker with with some experience packing and shipping complex orders to major retailers who understands the kind expectations those clients have.

What you'll be doing:

  • Processing POs, counting/pulling inventory, labeling, packaging and packing items for shipment.  

  • Ensuring product meets quality requirements. 

  • Receiving and stocking inventory related to wholesale orders (Outsourced and in-house products)

  • Confirming product information matches work order details

  • Other tasks as required and as you are able to show how you can add value

    Who you are:

  • College Graduate with 1-2 years experience in a relevant role (B2B preferred over B2C)

  • Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to read and interpret written work orders.

  • Organizational skills to manage multiple orders at a time without errors

  • Ability to manage their time effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframe

  • Flexible to work weekends (this is a M-F role but this happens occasionally)

  • Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around

  • Strong work ethic capable of working within a team or independently

  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

  • And most importantly...a genuine passion for the power of Stickers!

  • Able to lift up 45 lbs.
