The Opportunity

The PCG Client Relationship Administrator role at Manulife offers a unique opportunity to join our Private Client Group and provide administrative and operational support to our Retail SMA (Separately Managed Account) business. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless account setup and maintenance, while building strong relationships with external counterparties.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, and handle client requests

  • Act as the dedicated administrative and operational contact with our firm's back office

  • Prepare reports used internally by various groups such as front office, distribution, and sales support

  • Build and nurture relationships with external counterparties

  • Experience with InvestCloud APL

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent time management skills

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Salary range is expected to be between

$50,475.00 USD - $84,125.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
