Provider Solutions & Development Nocturnist in Torrance, California
Providence Medical Associates is seeking a dedicated Nocturnist to join our team in Torrance, California. Join a dynamic group committed to excellent patient care. Practice has 22 hospitalists, 4 nocturnists and some per-diem staff
7pm-6am shift, 11-hour day, shift includes admitting
Hybrid schedule to included weekends - not a 7 on / 7 off schedule
Down staff on the weekends to allow more weekends off
Approximately 16-18 shifts per month
Open ICU - hospitalist co-manages patient with intensivist once in the ICU
Procedures not required
Experience provider preferred but will consider new IM graduates
Compensation is between $295,021.00 and $377,352.00 per year
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above

Providence Medical Associates is a 200-provider multispecialty medical group in Los Angeles serving communities in the greater South Bay, mid-Los Angeles, and San Fernando Valley. PMA provides the full spectrum of integrated care with a strong base of adult primary care physicians, pediatricians and OBGYNs, a broad range of adult specialties, four urgent care centers, a hospitalist team, post-acute ambulatory and SNF care, and pharmacist and behavioral health support.
