Main purpose of role:
To win new business for the Global D&M operations within the defined territory, focussing on potent non-sterile dosage forms for Tredegar and Sterile fill finish across PCI’s global footprint within agreed profit margins to attain the annual sales target and support EBITDA plan.
Main Territory: France, Belgium, Netherlands
Main responsibilities: (Top 5 to be used for recruitment advertisement purposes)
Identify, target and win new business
Attend tradeshows and organise Networking Events
Support client’s needs and be client champion in order to grow client’s base of business
Negotiate and sign Supply Agreements providing PCI with multi-year contracts
Implement annual price increases
Cross-sell other PCI capabilities
Record all interactions within SalesForce
Focus on building pipelines through proficient use of Lead Generation
Work Experience & Skills Required
Essential
5+ years successful track record in sales in the pharmaceutical/ CDMO industry
Multi-lingual
SalesForce CRM literate
Working knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and techniques (OSD and Sterile)
Territory existing network experience
Qualifications:
Essential
Minimum 1st degree preferably in a science or business discipline
Established and internationally recognised sales training
