In this position...

What you'll do...

  • Lead for all cross-vehicle brand marketing activities, including leading new product quality issue awareness and tracking, EV growth special projects, and other GTM activities impacting across truck, van, police, SUV.

  • Key interface with Net Revenue/Pro finance team – regular monitoring cross VL, competitive activity for opps / potential problem areas to address.

  • Help each brand team implement quad team meeting process, develop best practices, highlight strategic opps; cross-vehicle pricing topics.

  • Coordinator / Process Lead / Transformation – Create and manage process aroundVehicle Decision Forum management (agenda, cadence, follow up assignments).

  • Standardizing and creating discipline around regular VL report outs / night letters / top quality issue monitoring and awareness.

  • Proven ability to interface effectively with senior management and external partners and customers.

  • Persistent attention to detail.

  • Extraordinary teamwork and collaborative behaviors.

  • Overall business acumen and ability to develop innovative strategic and tactical marketing actions.

  • Process-oriented mindset with an eye for potential efficiencies.

  • Consumer Marketing experience and/or prior roles advocating for the customer, working with Vehicle Programs and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Experience and knowledge of vehicle upfits helpful.

  • Coordinator / Process Lead / Transformation – Create and manage process around

  • Vehicle Decision Forum management (agenda, cadence, follow up assignments)

  • Standardizing and creating discipline around regular VL report outs / night letters / top quality issue monitoring and awareness

  • Launch cadence cross-vehicle , along with key launch activities, including projects like NACS adapter

  • Manage Advanced Product Meeting deck development with JD

  • Act as key liaison between brand team and field – lead/manage monthly sales/marketing interface mtg; act as vehicle SPOC, dispositioning various requests appropriately, coordinate presentations to sales team on product

  • Coordination of advisory board product presentations – capturing assignments/follow ups, summarizing/documenting/sharing out findings

  • Collaborate closely with product marketing cross-vehicle lead on handoff from “near” to “now”
