Liberty Latin America Account Manager, B2B Sales in Trincity, Trinidad and Tobago

What's The Role

Sell the organization's products and services through direct sales to medium businesses, large corporations, and government entities. Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers by delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations (Direct B2B Sales. PreSales engineers).

Main deliverables are:

  • Manage client relationship and engagement

  • Manage and exceed given sales target and renewals

  • Manage Sales Force entries

  • Establish a pipeline of opportunities necessary to obtain sales targets

  • Strategize on campaigns needed to penetrate current sales market.

What You'll Do

  • Develop relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor to grow revenue and partnerships.

  • Manage and grow your financial portfolio.

  • Develop Account Development Plans for your clientele.

  • Conduct presentations on the suite of products offered by LLA.

  • Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

  • Retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time.

  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.

  • Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met.

  • Utilize sales tool to manage accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports.

  • Ensure accurate Sales Forecasting of each account is achieved on a monthly basis.

  • Ensure full participation in recommended sales training as well as certification.

  • Communicate effectively and tactfully with person on all levels, in person and on the telephone.

  • Work with the credit department to manage customer debt.

  • Assist in developing customer retention initiatives.

  • Other relevant duties assiged by Supervisor or Manager

Knowledge & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field

  • Minimum four (4) years sales experience in telecommunication, energy, or banking industry.

  • Availability to travel.
