EMBA Program Assistant

Position Summary

Provides operational and administrative support for the Executive MBA in Troy. Provides excellent customer service and support to prospective and current students, alumni, faculty and university team members. Coordinates with faculty to order and distribute course materials. Collaborates and provides administrative, event and marketing support. Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and initiates improvements to processes and experiences.

The selected candidate will be expected to work at least one Friday evening and Saturday a month on-site in Troy.

Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills

Applicants should possess knowledge equivalent to an Associate’s degree in a business-related field or similar area. Additionally, candidates should have one to three years of relevant experience demonstrating increasing responsibility, with proficiency in managing complex spreadsheets and a strong attention to detail. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience that meets the job requirements will be considered.

Work Hours
